How to use PolicyPal.Dev
A friendly walk-through of everything you can do — from creating an account to downloading your finished report. Most people get from sign-up to results in under 10 minutes.

Head to policypal.dev. The landing page introduces our two tools — Policy Review and Claim Clarity — and tells you exactly what each one does. No account needed yet.

Upload your policy. Get a clear report in minutes.
Create your account
Click Get started in the header. You can sign up with Google in one click, or use an email and password. Your account lets you keep a history of past analyses and download them again later.
Pick a tool from your dashboard
You'll land on your dashboard with two cards to choose from:
- Policy Review — for when you already have a policy and want to know if you're properly covered or paying too much.
- Claim Clarity — for when something has happened and you want to know if it's covered before filing a claim.

Upload your documents
On the intake page, drop in your PDFs. For Policy Review we ask for your policy schedule (the Statement of Fact is optional). For Claim Clarity we ask for your policy and a short description of what happened — plus any repair invoices or estimates if you have them.
Pick your currency so amounts in your report are shown in the right units. Files are processed for your analysis only and are not used to train models.
Pay $7 securely with Stripe
Checkout is embedded right in the app — no redirects. Enter your card details, and Stripe handles the payment. Each analysis is a one-off charge in the currency you chose. No subscription.
Wait for your analysis
Once paid, your documents are processed. Most reports finish in a couple of minutes. You can stay on the page or come back to the dashboard later — your analysis will be waiting under Past analyses.
Read your report
Policy Review reports include a plain-English summary, gaps in cover, what's driving your premium, and concrete ways to reduce it.
Claim Clarity reports tell you whether you're covered, highlight any non-disclosure risk, surface your excess, sanity-check repair invoices, and suggest your next steps.
